The TWH Original High Heel Corrector (A1) is a podiatrist-designed forefoot pad which relieves burning and discomfort on the balls of the feet, so you can wear your high heels for longer. A1 has been scientifically designed to deliver superior long-lasting comfort and improved function. Incorporating principles of foot anatomy and high heel biomechanics, A1’s unique shape provides padding where it matters.
A1 was created for heels and fashion footwear – it is reusable and can be moved between different shoes without altering the fit. To learn more about the details of A1 - click here.
The Well Heeled (TWH) was founded in 2016 by Australian Podiatrists Elouise Carmichael and Ele Lentakis and not only do they both share an appreciation of footwear, but they have over 30 years in combined clinical podiatry experience.
As well as that, they are women themselves. They know the kinds of things we put ourselves through for a fabulous pair of shoes - whether it be a higher heel than we are used to or a little bit of slipping in the heel because we absolutely NEED these shoes in our lives! They've been there, they've done that and now they've also done the research so that they can deliver products that solve some of the biggest shoe issues - comfort, fit and ultimately wearability!

Size chart for all Reike Nen styles:
To measure your foot length:
- we recommend standing on a piece of paper and tracing around the edge of your foot.
- Once this is done, grab a ruler and measure from the tip of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.
- This should give you a length in mm that you can then use to see what size will fit best on our size chart below.
Selecting your shoe size:
- If your foot measurement is halfway between sizes, select the larger size.
- You may find one foot is longer than the other, this is quite normal, please use the larger size when making your shoe size selection.
