To receive your order before Christmas, Australia Post has recommended you place your order before the below dates
- Parcel Post – Saturday 12 December 2020
- Express Post – Saturday 19 December 2020
- Free Standard shipping (on orders over $300) within Australia
- Standard shipping (for orders under $300) - $10 flat rate
- Express shipping - $15 flat rate
- Orders will be sent within 1 business day of purchase.
- We can’t deliver to PO boxes
- Tracking number will be emailed to you
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
Due to the holiday period these times may vary, we will keep you updated with as much information from Australia Post as we receive.
Standard shipping with Australia Post-
- NSW metro areas = 2+ business days
- NSW remote areas = up to 5 business days
- VIC, QLD, NT, WA, TAS, SA = 3-6 business days depending on state and area.
Express shipping with Australia Post
- Next business day (expect longer delivery time for Darwin and other remote areas) Due to Christmas and COVID-19, the Express Post service is seeing significant delays in delivery. This means that while Express Post is prioritised, and most parcels shipped via this service will arrive on time, some could take 5 business days or more to reach their destination.
- Free returns
- We are able to process refunds or store credit notes.
- Contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of arrival of shoes and we will email return label
- Must not be worn or damaged - shoes that are not in a saleable condition will not be accepted
- Must be in all original packaging
- You will be refunded or issued your credit once we receive the return.
