🛍️ How does Free Home Try-On work?
You can order up to 4 full-price pairs to try at home. We ship them to you free of charge, and you’ll have 5 days to decide what you love. Keep what fits, return the rest - and only pay for what you keep.
🛒 How do I place a FREE HOME TRY-ON order?
Add up to 4 eligible pairs to cart, using the black "FREE HOME TRY ON" button then checkout as usual. It's that simple!
💳 Do I have to pay upfront?
Nope! We place a temporary pre-authorisation on your card (like booking a hotel), but it’s not a charge. You’ll only be charged once you decide what to keep or return.
🔃 What is the restocking fee?
The restocking fee is a $10 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept.
🔒 What does the pre-authorisation mean?
We securely hold the full value of the order on your card to validate your payment method - but it will appear as pending, not withdrawn. You’re only charged for the shoes you decide to keep.
⏰ How long do I have to try them on?
You’ll have 5 days from the time your parcel is marked delivered by Aus Post. After that, you will be prompted to log into your account, finalise your picks, and return anything that’s not quite right. We'll even email you a free return shipping label.
🚚 Is it really free to return?
Yes! Return shipping is covered. The only cost is a $10 restocking fee if you return all the pairs you ordered. Otherwise, it’s completely free.
📦 What are the return conditions?
All returns must be unworn, in original packaging, and saleable condition. We recommend trying them on carpet to avoid any marks.
🇦🇺 Who is eligible for FREE HOME TRY ON?
At this stage, this service is available to Australian customers only and is valid on full-price footwear styles (with some discount codes valid). Reduced items and accessories are not included.
💸 Can I use a discount code?
Yes - some discount codes (including our welcome offer) can be used, depending on the promotion. Just make sure to apply your code at checkout before completing your order. The discount will be reflected in the final amount charged for any items you choose to keep.
💳 When will I be charged?
Once you log into your portal (or scan the QR code on the thank you card) and confirm what you’re keeping, your card will be charged only for those items. If we don’t hear from you after 5 days, we’ll assume you’re keeping all pairs and charge accordingly.
