Winter is 100% here and the chill is in the air. This doesn't mean you need to spend all your time in your ugg boots! Explore our key style notes for Winter 2022 and see if it inspired you to get out and get dressed up in something that makes you feel amazing!

- SQUARED OFF -

The square toe, which we have been seeing continue in popularity since 2019, is still sticking around. Giving off a slightly more edgy, brazen and sharp look, the slightly more comfortable (compared to its sharp, pointed sister) toe shape is infiltrating all categories of footwear from boots to loafers. For a more subtle, elegant squared toe - look to Lola Cruz and Kat Maconie or explore Reike Nen, for something more architectural and edgy! For a vegan option look to Sylven New York and Billi Bi for flat leather loafers with some glitz!

- BERRY TONES -

You may have noticed a lot of bright pinks around in clothing at the moment. We saw it on the runway especially from Valentino (an all pink show!) and other designers like Tom Ford. To make this a little more wearable for winter, we have seen more berry tones such as raspberry, deep red and burgundy. These pair beautifully with your black pieces as well as denim in all shades. Our favourite apple- leather, vegan boots by Sylven New York are a show-stopper or you can opt for something quite muted and darker with Lola Cruz. Whether you like the more boho-inspired crochet looks or the edgier quilted/padded leather designs there is no denying that needlecraft detailing is having a moment. Adding that extra layer of detail and texture is something we love and helps take a simple silhouette or an everyday basic style to the next level. In past seasons where gold detail reign supreme, this winter we are seeing silver have a bit of a comeback with almost half of our styles metallic detailed styles with it! Whether its used on a chunky combat style boot or flat leather loafer from Billi Bi, an everyday white sneaker from Mi/Mai or classic heeled ankle boot, the silver detailing undoubtedly adds a touch of glam and edginess.
